Before We Begin
Service Policies
Confidentiality
All efforts are made to maintain confidentiality. Please note that privacy cannot be fully guaranteed in shared or non-clinical environments. The client is responsible for securing an appropriate private space for each session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full. Payment is due 24–48 hours prior to each session.
Safety & Professional Boundaries
- The therapist reserves the right to terminate or leave any session if safety concerns arise
- No illegal activity, substance impairment, or unsafe conditions may be present
- Professional boundaries remain in place at all times
Location & Travel
Services are currently limited to Palm Beach County only. Travel time may be factored into session fees. Delays due to traffic or access issues may impact session length.
Emergency Policy
Concierge therapy is not crisis care. In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. This service is designed for ongoing therapeutic work, not acute crisis intervention.
